By accessing or using the WCC Consulting LLC website ("Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. WCC Consulting LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

4. Services Provided

WCC Consulting LLC provides consulting services to help businesses qualify for and win government contracts. Our services include, but are not limited to, qualification assessments, identifying potential contract opportunities, preparing and submitting contract applications, and monitoring the status of applications. All or most of these services can be accessed and managed through our online platform.

By using our services, you agree that WCC Consulting LLC is not responsible for the final outcome of any application or contract opportunity. While we strive to provide the best possible service, the success of contract applications is subject to various external factors beyond our control.

5. Content Ownership

For non-clients, all content, information, or documents submitted through the Site are owned by WCC Consulting LLC. We reserve the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. For clients, the ownership and rights to any content, information, or documents submitted or generated through our services are governed by the terms outlined in their specific service contracts with WCC Consulting LLC.

By submitting content to our Site, you warrant that you have the right to grant WCC Consulting LLC the rights described in these Terms and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WCC Consulting LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

For clients, any limitations of liability specific to their engagement with WCC Consulting LLC are outlined in their service contracts.

7. Changes to Terms

WCC Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We do not provide notifications of changes to these Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for any updates. Your use of the Site following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in the state or federal courts located in Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
